奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨奥美拉唑在临床对于消化性溃疡出血患者在治疗过程中的临床疗效。方法收集65例消化性溃疡出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者35例,对照组患者30例。结果两组患者在经过治疗后均有所好转,但观察组患者的治疗总有效率97.14%(34)明显优于对照组患者的治疗总有效率83.33%(25),同时观察组患者的并发症发生率5.71%(2)明显优于对照组患者的并发症发生率16.67%(5)。所有差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对消化性溃疡出血患者进行治疗的过程中,通过使用奥美拉唑对患者进行治疗,疗效更佳,并发症发生率更低,在临床上值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the role of omeprazole in clinical for peptic ulcer hemorrhage patients in the clinical curative effect in the process of treatment. Methods To collect 65 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group of 35 cases of patients, patients with the control group 30 cases. Results After treatment in both groups were improved, but the treatment of patients with observation group total effective rate was 97.14%(34) is superior to control group in the treatment of patients with a total effective rate was 83.33%(25), at the same time, the complication rate of observation group of patients with 5.71%(2) is superior to control group in the incidence of complications was 16.67%(5). All the differences were significant difference(P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding in the process of, through the use of omeprazole for treatment, patients with better treatment effect, lower incidence of complications, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
