幼儿园虐童行为的法律防治

摘要
近年来,我国幼儿园虐童行为频繁发生、屡禁不止,使受虐幼儿的身体、心理和精神遭受巨大创伤,对社会也造成了较大危害。究其原因,根本在于法律防治不足。必须运用法律手段进行全面防治,既要完善立法,也要健全行政执法机制,还要将外部培养培训和转变内在观念意识相结合,着力提高幼儿园教职员工法律素养。只有这样,才能对幼儿园虐童行为进行有效防控,更好地维护幼儿的合法权益。
In recent years, Child abuse in kindergartens in our country occurs frequently and is prohibited repeatedly,causing great physical, psychological and spiritual trauma to abused children and great harm to society. The basic reason lies in the insufficiency of legal prevention and governance. Legal means must be used to carry out comprehensive management.The legislation as well asthe administrative law enforcement mechanism should be improved. Furthermore, external training should be combined with the change of internal concept consciousness and the legal literacy of kindergarten teachers and staff should be improved. Only in this way can we effectively prevent and control child abuse in kindergartens and better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of children.
