摘要

介绍了国产SJA2272双辊挤浆机的产品开发、系统配置和在现代化大型木浆厂黑液提取工段的生产应用,包括结构原理、技术参数、关键技术、工艺设计、自动控制、运行数据。实践表明,集脱水、置换和压榨功能于一体的SJA2272双辊挤浆机出浆浓度高,洗涤效果好,黑液提取率高,自动化程度高,在高效提取和节能降耗方面优势明显,能够满足现代化大型木浆厂黑液提取和浆料浓缩的需求。
        In this paper was described the development & system configuration of twin roll wash press SJA2272,and its application in black liquor extracting stage in modern wood pulp plant,including structure principle,technical specifications,key technology,process engineering,automation control,running data.The practice proves that twin roll wash press combined of dewatering,displacement,has obvious advantages of high outlet consistency,good washing effect,high black liquor extraction rate and high automation in terms of efficient extraction and energy reduction,and can meet the demand in black liquor extracting and stock thickening of modern wood pulp mills.
