摘要

目的:研究分析硬膜外麻醉镇痛分娩的临床效果。方法:观察组全程行硬膜外麻醉镇痛分娩,对照组常规分娩。结果:观察组中转剖宫产率小于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组会阴侧切率小于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后出血量及新生儿评分与对照组比较无统计学差异(P> 0.05)。结论:硬膜外镇痛分娩安全可靠,可降低剖宫产率及会阴侧切率。
        Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of epidural analgesia labor. Methods:The observation group was given epidural analgesia labor, while the control group was given routine labor. Results:The rate of cesarean section in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The lateral episiotomy rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal score between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The epidural analgesia delivery is safe and reliable, which can reduce cesarean section rate and perineum lateral incision rate.
