补充胶体、监测血气对二氧化碳排出综合征的预防作用分析

摘要
目的:探讨补充胶体、监测血气对二氧化碳排出综合征的预防作用。方法:2016年9月至2017年9月机械通气的加重期COPD患者62例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组与观察组,每组患者均31例,两组患者均采用常规全麻诱导气管插管的方式建立起人工气道插管,呼吸机机械通气治疗;观察组患者在此基础上还需要补充胶体、严密监测血气,比较两组患者通气前后的血压、心律以及血气变化等基本状况。结果:机械通气1 h内,观察组患者血压、心律波动超过基础30%以及多巴胺纠正例数少于对照组,血压情况比对照组稳定(P<0.05)。结论:对于机械通气患者而言,采用补充胶体及严密监测血气的方式有助于减轻患者因为通气而导致的二氧化碳快速排出而对患者心律以及氧合作用的影响,补充胶体及严密监测血气值得在预防二氧化碳排出综合征中应用与推广。
        Objective:To explore the preventive effect of supplementing colloid and blood gas monitoring on carbon dioxide emission syndrome. Methods:From September 2016 to September 2017, 62 patients with COPD in the period of mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 31 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional general anesthesia to induce tracheal intubation. The method established artificial airway intubation and ventilator mechanical ventilation treatment. On the basis of this, patients in the observation group also needed to supplement the colloid and closely monitor the blood gas. The blood pressure, heart rate and blood gas changes before and after ventilation were also compared between the two groups.Results: Within 1 h of mechanical ventilation, the blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were more than 30 % of the baseline and the number of dopamine corrections was lower than that of the control group. The blood pressure was stable compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with mechanical ventilation, the use of supplemental colloids and close monitoring of blood gas can help alleviate the impact of rapid carbon dioxide emissions from patients on heart rhythm and oxygenation, supplementing colloids and closely monitoring blood gas is worthy of application and promotion in preventing carbon dioxide in the discharge syndrome.
