龚廷贤《寿世保元》五官疾病辨治特色探微

摘要
《寿世保元》对五官科疾病的耳鸣、耳聋、耳道流脓、耳聆烂湿、耳疮等多种耳病,鼻塞、鼻渊、鼻衄、鼻中肉赘、颡疳或鼻疳、赤鼻等多种鼻病,口疮、口臭、牙疼、牙疳、重舌等多种口舌疾病,喉痹、喉风、单或双乳蛾等多种咽喉疾病,结合塞耳、熏耳、灌耳、吹耳、吹鼻、搐鼻、塞鼻、熏鼻、擦牙、漱口、口噙、吹喉、蘸喉、点眼等外治法以及内服汤剂,结合官窍的局部治疗,使药效直达病所,疗效确切,对中医治疗五官科疾病提供了借鉴。
Shoushi Baoyuan recorded special treatments of facial diseases with distinctive features,for example,tinnitus,deafness,ear pus,wet rot ears,ear sores and other ear diseases,nasosinusitis,nasal obstruction,epistaxis,nasal wart,catfish rickets,red nose and other rhinopathies,aphtha,halitosis,toothache,ulcerative gingivitis,double tongue and other mouth and tongue diseases,sore throat,laryngeal obstruction,lateral or bilateral tonsillitis and other throat diseases. Through plugging ear method,smoking ear method,filling ear method,blowing ear method,blowing nose method,twitching nose method,smoking nose method,brushing teeth method,gargling,blowing throat method,dipping throat method,dropping eyes and other external treatments with oral decoctions,combining with local treatment,make the effects go straightly to the lesion site with definite efficacy,and supply reference to the treatment of diseases of five sense organs in traditional Chinese medicine.
