健康宣教表在胰十二指肠术后早期肠内营养支持中的作用

摘要
目的评价健康宣教表在胰十二指肠术后早期使用肠内营养患者中的应用效果。方法 100例胰十二指肠术后早期使用肠内营养的患者分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采用口头方式进行健康宣教,观察组通过健康宣教表开展健康宣教。评价2组健康教育知识知晓度,记录并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后肠内营养知识的知晓率高于对照组(P<0.01);2组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组1例和对照组8例因无法耐受并发症带来的不适感中途中止肠内营养。结论基于健康教育表实施有针对性的肠内营养知识宣教,能提高患者健康知识知晓率,对提高治疗依从性和促进早日康复具有积极意义。
Objective To evaluate the health education questionnaire in patients with enteral nutrition after pancreaticoduodenectomy( PD). Methods Totally 100 patients undergoing enteral nutrition after PD were assigned to the control group( n = 50) and the observation group( n =50). The control group received oral health education,and the observation group was given health education by using self-made questionnaires. The awareness of enteral nutrition knowledge was evaluated,and related complications were observed. Results The awareness rate of enteral nutrition knowledge was higher in the observation group than that of controls( P < 0. 01). There was no significant difference in complications between two groups( P > 0. 05). There was 1 case in the observation group and 8 cases in the control group withdrewfrom enteral nutrition as the discomfort induced by complications. Conclusion Targeted health education by using questionnaire can improve the awareness of patients with enteral nutrition after PD.
