摘要
目的探讨丹红注射液治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效观察。方法选取我院内分泌科糖尿病足0~2级的患者66例。分为治疗组和对照组各33例。治疗组给予丹红注射液,对照组给予银杏叶注射液,疗程4周,以双下肢动脉B超分别对两组组内治疗前后和两组组间治疗后的血管内径、收缩期峰值流速、血流量进行比较分析。结果两组双侧腘动脉,胫后动脉,足背动脉治疗后比治疗前的血管内径均增加,峰值流速下降,血流量增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组双侧腘动脉,胫后动脉,足背动脉的血管内径和血流量在治疗后增加的差值均较对照组明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论丹红注射液在治疗糖尿病足患者下肢动脉血管内径和血流量增加方面的疗效均优于银杏叶,更值得临床推广。
        Objective To explore the clinical effects of danhong injection on diabetic foot. Methods A total of66 patients of diabetic foot of 0 to 2 grades were collected from the Department of Endocrinology of the Hospital and divided into a treatment group and a control group,33 cases in each one. In the treatment group,danhong injection was used. In the control group,the ginkgo leaf injection was given. The duration of treatment was 4 weeks. The ultrasonic B test on the arteries of the lower extremities was adopted for the comparison and analysis on the intravascular diameter,the systolic peak velocity and blood flow in the inter-group before and after treatment and intra-group after treatment. Results For the bilateral popliteal arteries,the posterior tibial arteries and foot dorsal arteries,the intravascular diameter was increased,the peat velocity reduced and blood flow increased after treatment as compared with those before treatment in the two groups,indicating the significant differences( P < 0. 01). In the treatment group,for the bilateral popliteal arteries,the posterior tibial arteries and foot dorsal arteries,the increased values of intravascular diameter and blood flow after treatment were obvious as compared with those before treatment,indicating the significant difference( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The therapeutic effects of danhong injection are better than the ginkgo leaf injection for increasing intravascular diameter and blood flow of the arteries in the lower extremities. Hence,this injection deserves greatly to be promoted in clinical treatment.
