摘要
为探讨大孔树脂对青鱼鱼糜漂洗水吸附的动力学过程,试验采取单因素法,分别研究浓度、pH、温度及离子强度这4种因素对大孔树脂吸附鱼糜漂洗水的影响,并利用Lagergren和Kannan速率方程对试验数据进行拟合。结果表明,这一静态吸附动力学过程存在2种吸附形式,即液膜扩散和颗粒内扩散。前90 min的主要控制吸附速率的因素是液膜扩散。90~240 min阶段,主要控制吸附速率的因素是颗粒内扩散。试验阐述大孔树脂HP 20对于鱼糜漂洗水的吸附机理,为大孔树脂吸附鱼糜漂洗蛋白的研究和实际应用提供理论参考。
        The adsorption kinetics of macroporous resin to the rinse water of black carp surimi was studied. The effects of concentration, pH, temperature and ionic strength on the adsorption of surimi rinsing water by macroporous resin were studied by single factor method. The test data was fit by using Lagergren and Kannan kinetic equation. The results show that the static adsorption kinetic process exists two kinds of adsorption forms which are liquid film diffusion and particle diffusion.The adsorption rate of first 90 min was mainly controlled by liquid film diffusion. The main controlling factor of adsorption rate was particle diffusion during the 90-240 min. The experiment expounded the adsorption mechanism of the macroporous resin HP 20 to the surimi rinsing water, and provided a theoretical reference for the research and practical application of macroporous resin adsorping surimi rinsing protein.
