摘要
商学院是高等教育机构中最贴近市场、最国际化的学院,既有教育机构的特点,又有着企业特性,商学院信息化水平是衡量商学院发展和参与市场竞争的主要指标之一。商学院信息化不同于高校信息化和企业信息化,目前,商学院需要建设以CRM为核心的集成信息平台系统,其成功实施影响着商学院的整体发展。借鉴企业信息系统成功的关键因素相关理论,结合高校信息化特点以及商学院实际情况,采用关键因素法,从战略层、项目执行层、技术层、组织管理层和外部环境层等层面,建立了商学院集成信息平台成功实施的影响因素模型及评价模型。使用结构方程模型方法进行实证研究,识别出影响我国商学院集成信息平台成功实施的关键因素。提出了针对性的对策建议,为我国商学院信息化建设提供一定的理论和实践指导,并进一步检验前人关于企业信息系统实施成功的关键因素在商学院环境中的适用性。
        In higher education institutions, the business school is the closest to the market and the most international school. It has not only the characteristics of educational institutions but also the characteristics of enterprises. The informatization is one of the important indexes to measure the development of business schools and participation in market competition. The informatization of business Schools is different from the that of universities and enterprises. At present, business schools need to build an integrated information platform system with CRM as its core, and its successful implementation affects the overall development of business schools. Based on the key factors of the success of the enterprise information system, combining with the characteristics of university information and the actual situation of business schools, this paper has established the influencing factor model and evaluation model for the successful implementation of business school integrated information platform. By using the structural equation modeling method to conduct empirical research, it identifies the key factors that affect the successful implementation of the integrated information platform, and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions. Besides, it provides some theoretical and practical guidance for the information construction of China's business schools and further examines the applicability of previous studies on the key factors in the implementation of enterprise information system in the business school environment.
