摘要
目的探讨慢性肾功能不全非透析患者血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶水平的变化及相关因素。方法选择慢性肾功能不全非透析患者87例,依肾小球滤过率(e GFR)水平分为5组,检测其血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶、血肌酐、血尿素氮、血浆白蛋白、C反应蛋白水平,并进行临床相关性分析。结果慢性肾功能不全非透析患者血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶水平自慢性肾脏病3期升高,并且与血浆白蛋白水平呈负相关,与C反应蛋白呈正相关。结论慢性肾功能不全非透析患者血清脂肪酶水平的升高可作为评估机体营养状态和炎症反应的预测因子。
        Objective To investigation the changes of serum amylase and lipase in non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease and to analyze the related factors. Method 87 chronic kidney disease nondialysis patients were chosen. and divided into 5 groups according to the level of e GFR. The serum amylase and lipase, renal function(SCr、BUN),ALB, CRP were tested in all patients,then the clinical relationship between indexs above meationed were analyzed. Result The serum amylase and lipase levels in non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease were significantly increased from CKD3, and were negatively correlated with serum albumin levels, positively correlated with C-reactive protein. ConclusionThe elevated level of serum lipase can be regarded as an predictor of nutritional status and inflammation response in non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease.
