摘要
本文以壳类零件作为研究对象,在Autoform中通过三维建模对其冲压成形过程进行仿真实验,并对其成形过程中拉延工序进行分析,结合仿真实验的成形极限图(FLD)及工件云图分析拉延过程中可能出现的起皱、破裂等缺陷情况。通过仿真效果对可能出现缺陷的区域进行拉延工序的工艺参数优化设计,确定合理的工艺参数和结构,从而为实际生产提供准确有效的参数指导壳类零件的生产。
Taking shell parts as the research object, the stamping process is simulated by three-dimensional modeling in Autoform, and the drawing process in the forming process is analyzed. Based on the forming limit diagram of simulation experiment and the work-piece cloud diagram, the wrinkling, cracking and other defects that may occur in the drawing process is analyzed. According to the simulation results, the process parameters of the drawing process are optimized to determine the reasonable process parameters and structure, so as to guide the production of shell parts.
