静脉通路护理门诊患者PICC维护体验及需求情况调查分析

摘要
目的了解天津市静脉通路护理门诊患者的PICC维护体验及需求。方法采用便利抽样的方法选取2018年3-5月在天津市25家医院静脉通路护理门诊就诊的433例PICC带管患者为调查对象,运用自行编制的PICC维护体验问卷进行调查,现场发放并回收问卷,并对调查结果进行分析。结果患者对PICC门诊维护的正面评价(69.43%)与负面评价(8.17%)间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者对静脉通路护理门诊进行导管维护形式和质量认可度较高,评价较好。结论应加强全市范围内PICC维护门诊的同质化管理,提高维护质量和服务水平,以满足PICC患者的需求。
Objective To learn about the maintenance experience and need of patients with PICC in Tianjin intravenous access nursing outpatient department.Method By convenient sampling, 433 patients with PICC from 25 hospitals in Tianjin were recruited in this study, self-questionnaires of maintenance experience of PICC were used in this study. The questionnaires were send out and taken back on spot, and the results of the survey were analyzed.Result There was significant difference(P<0.05) between the positive evaluation(69.43%)and negative evaluation(8.17%)of patients for the intravenous access nursing clinic.Patients have higher recognition and better evaluation for the maintenance form and quality of the intravenous access nursing outpatient department.Conclusion We should strengthen the management of homogenization of intravenous access nursing outpatient department in the whole city, improve the maintenance quality and service level, to meet the needs of patients.
