摘要
管道弯头导波检测实验表明:缺陷灵敏度在弯头不同位置明显不同,且弯头上高灵敏度位置因导波频率而异。与实验相对应的数值仿真也表明,导波的相长干涉和相消干涉会引起弯头上缺陷灵敏度高低不一。本文评述有弯头管道导波检测的数值仿真结果,借此可明察管道尺寸和导波频率对弯头缺陷检测灵敏度的影响情况,对管道弯头导波现场有效检测有指导意义。
        The experiment with guided wave testing for an elbow of piping has shown that defect sensitivity changes significantly at different locations of the elbow and high sensitivity locations at the elbow vary according to the guided wave frequency.Also,the corresponding numerical simulations imply that the constructive and destructive interference of guided waves causes unevenness of defect sensitivity at an elbow.This article gives an overview of the results of numerical simulations for guided wave testing on piping with an elbow,which can aid to understand the influence of the piping size and the guided wave frequency on the defect sensitivity at the elbow.This may provide some guidance on performing efficient guided wave testing at elbow piping on site.
