非圆齿轮研究现状及展望

摘要
非圆齿轮是一种能实现主、从动齿轮间的非匀速比传动的机构,相较于连杆、凸轮等机构以及自动控制技术具有经济成本低、结构紧凑、传动比精确、动力学特性好等优势.国内外已建立非圆齿轮传动的基本理论体系,为非圆齿轮的设计、制造和应用提供了基础.然而,非圆齿轮设计、制造难度较大,工艺不成熟,精度标准未制定,极大地限制了其发展.综合分析了国内外在非圆齿轮领域的研究现状,指出非圆齿轮设计系统、加工系统,非圆齿轮精度标准,以及动力学特性是非圆齿轮今后的重点研究方向.
        Modern manufacturing and automatic production have higher and higher requirements for the power and motion of the transmission system. Non-circular gear can realize non-uniform gear ratio. It has advantages of compact structure,accuracy gear ratio and good dynamic performance than that of the connecting rod and has low cost than that of the servo motor system. Until now,a great deal of research on the gear mechanism,gear design and gear manufacture have been conducted by domestic and foreign scholars. A comprehensive analysis of the existing researches was made and the direction of non-circular gear transmission technology was pointed out in this paper.
