摘要
为获得非圆齿轮机构的数字模型,基于反求工程技术,通过成熟产品实物图片直接获得一些相关基本数据。再结合齿轮机构运动原理利用计算机编程求解节曲线相关参数。最后根据所得参数建立非圆齿轮的数字模型。这种方法大大简化设计的复杂程度,便于模型建立,并对齿轮后期性能优化升级具有积极作用。
        In order to obtain the digital model of non-circular gear mechanism, based on reverse engineering technology, some relevant parameters were obtained directly through the existing products.Combined with the motion principle of the gear mechanism, computer programming was used to calculate relevant parameters of pitch curve. Finally, according to the parameters obtained, the digital model of non-circular gear was established.This method greatly simplifies the complexity of the design, facilitates the establishment of digital model,and plays a positive significance to the performance optimization and upgrade of the model in the late period.
