摘要
为研究莫能菌素包合物的制备工艺,以β-环糊精为包合材料,采用饱和水溶液法制备莫能菌素β-环糊精包合物。用红外光谱法(IR)对包合物进行物相鉴定。以包合率为指标,运用正交设计法,确定最佳处方和工艺条件。IR结果表明,药物与环糊精形成了包合物。当投料比为3∶1,包合温度为40℃,搅拌时间1.5h时,该制备工艺最佳,包合率为57.54%。该制备工艺可行,扩大了莫能菌素的应用,为莫能菌素的剂型改进奠定了基础。
        To study the preparation technology of inclusion compound carrying monensin,monensin was encapsulated withβ-cyclodextrin using saturated water solution.The phase identification of inclusion compound was examed by infra-red spectrum(IR).Based on a comprehensive evaluation of inclusion efficiency,the optimal formulation and process conditions of inclusion compound carrying monensin were determined by orthogonal design methods.IR result showed that inclusion compound carrying monensin was formed;The best optimum of the preparation technology were as follows:The proportion of the quality ofβ-cyclodextrin and monensin was3∶1,the temperature of inclusion was 40 ℃,and the time of inclusion was 1.5h.The inclusion rate was 57.54%.This preparation technology was feasible,and enlarged the use of monensin.The study laid a foundation for improvement about dosage form of monensin.
