摘要
试验通过在冷热温度环境下分析地方优质鸡血清免疫指标以及相关酶活性变化情况,旨在为选育抗逆性较强的地方优质鸡提供理论依据。试验选用160日龄健康济宁百日鸡、琅琊鸡、沂蒙鸡各9只,依次置于-5℃、15℃、35℃三种温度(湿度55%)的环境控制舱中饲养48h,测定血清中免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、碱性磷酸酶活性指标。结果显示:沂蒙鸡在-5℃和35℃温度环境下IgA水平显著高于济宁百日鸡(P<0.05),而IgM水平显著高于琅琊鸡(P<0.05),并且在15℃温度环境下IgA水平显著高于琅琊鸡(P<0.05),IgM水平显著高于济宁百日鸡(P<0.05);-5℃、35℃时沂蒙鸡超氧化物歧化酶水平显著高于琅琊鸡(P<0.05);-5℃环境下碱性磷酸酶水平与15℃比较略有下降,但差异不显著(P>0.05),与35℃比较显著下降(P<0.05),并且品种间差异不明显(P>0.05)。研究结果表明,沂蒙鸡在不同温度环境下IgA、IgG、IgM水平显著高于济宁百日鸡和琅琊鸡,而冷热应激环境下沂蒙鸡抗氧化能力显著高于琅琊鸡。
        This study was conducted to analyze the serum immunity index and related enzyme activity of local quality chicken in the environment of cold and heat, which was designed to provide theoretical basis for selecting and breeding local high-quality chicken with strong resistance. A total of twenty seven 160-day-old Jining Hundred chicken,Langyachicken and Yimeng chicken each of nine were assigned to three environmental chambers with maintaining the relative humidity at 55%, which was kept at -5 ℃, 15 ℃, 35 ℃ for 48 hoursrespectively to determinethe serum immunoglob-ulin(IgA, IgG, IgM) and glutathione peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, alkaline phosphatase activity indicators.These survey results indicate that the level of Ig A in Yimeng chicken was significantly higher than that of Jining Bairi chicken(P<0.05), while the level of Ig M was significantly higher than that of Langya chicken(P<0.05) at the 15 ℃ and35 ℃. Meanwhile, the level of IgA was significantly higher than that of Langya chicken(P<0.05), and the level of IgM was significantly higher than that of Jining Bairi chicken(P<0.05). The level of superoxide dismutase(sod) in Yimeng chicken were significantly higher than that of langya chicken(P<0.05) at-5 ℃ and 35 ℃. Furthermore, the level of alkaline phosphatase at-5 ℃ slight declines compared with temperature of 15 ℃, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05), however, it was significantly decreased compared with temperature of 35 ℃(P<0.05), and no obvious difference between varieties(P>0.05). The results indicated that the levels of Ig A, Ig G and Ig M in Yimeng chicken were higher than those of Jiningbairi chicken and Langya chicken in different temperature environment, and the antioxidant ability of Yimeng chicken was higher than that of Langya chicken under cold and hot stress environment.
