缝洞型油藏见水预警软件系统研究

摘要
当前,伴随着人工智能与大数据分析技术的不断进步与发展,油田的数字化与智能化建设也即将迈入新时代。一些智能化新技术在油田的应用层出不穷,大大提高了油田勘探开发水平与效益。塔河油田作为我国缝洞型油藏的典型代表,在油田数字化与智能化建设进程中打下了良好的基础。目前,塔河油田面临油井强底水锥进而无法有效实时预警的风险,近几年油田在见水预警参数及预警机制方面已有较大突破,但目前靠人工分析不仅耗时耗力且时效性差,急需实现对油井人机交互型自动化见水预警。基于塔河油田前期见水预警研究成果,通过分析其见水预警技术原理,设计了见水预警软件系统框架,在此基础上对基础参数库、现场报警、见水风险评价、见水时间预测、合理产能计算及含水变化规律分析等6大功能模块进行了研发,最终建立了塔河油田缝洞型油藏见水预警软件系统,并运行上线,取得了良好的应用效果,实现了对油井见水的实时监控与及时预警,从而及时采取相应控水措施,延长了油井的无水采油期。
        At present, with the progress and development of artificial intelligence and big data analysis, the digital and intelligent constructions of oil field are about to enter a new era. Some new applications of intelligent technologies in the field emerge in endlessly, It greatly improves the level and efficiency of oilfield exploration and development.Tahe oilfield, as the typical representative of the fracture-vug reservoirs in China, has been established a good foundation in the process of digitalization and intellectualization.At present, facing risks that strong bottom water coning makes it impossible to effective real-time warning, Tahe oilfiel, in recent years,has been getting a big breakthrough in water breakthrough early warning parameters and early warning mechanism. But, currently relying on manual analysis not only time-consuming and poor timeliness,it urgently needs to realize human-computer interaction type automatic water breakthrough early warning on the oil well. Based on the early stage of the Tahe oilfield water breakthrough early warning research,that the water breakthrough early warning software system framework has been designed by analyzing its water breakthrough early warning technology principle. Six big functions module has been researched due to the research and development to basis of parameter database, on-site alarm, the risk assessment of water-out,water breakthrough time prediction, reasonable capacity calculation and water cut changing law and so on. finally it was established and utilized that fractured-vuggy reservoirs in Tahe oilfield water breakthrough early warning software system, obtaining a good result and realizing real-time monitoring to water breakthrough and early warning in time.As a result, water controling measures can be taken action in time, extending water-free oil production period of oil Wells.
