我国高职院校依法治校政策及法律法规研究综述

摘要
党的十九大报告指出,全面依法治国是中国特色社会主义的本质要求和重要保障。依法治校是依法治国在高校的具体体现,高职院校担负着为国家培养生产、建设、管理和服务一线的高素质技术技能人才的重要使命,高职院校管理、教育法治水平直接影响和决定着高职院校的育人质量。在新时代大背景下,研究高职院校依法治校政策及法律法规,对提升高职院校依法治校水平有一定的理论价值。
The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that comprehensively administering the country according to law is the essential requirement and important guarantee for socialism with Chinese characteristics. Governing the school according to law is the concrete embodiment of ruling the country according to law in colleges and universities. Higher vocational colleges shoulder the important mission of cultivating high-quality technical and technical talents for the production,construction,management and service of the country. The direct management of the higher education institutions and the rule of law and determine the quality of education in higher vocational colleges. Under the background of the new era,studying the policies and laws and regulations governing schools according to law in higher vocational colleges has certain theoretical value for improving the level of governance in higher vocational colleges.
