光动力三阶段治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的探讨光动力三阶段治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法将80例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为2组,光动力三阶段治疗组40例采用CO_2激光+光动力+薄芝糖肽治疗,CO_2激光治疗组40例单纯采用CO_2激光治疗。2组均在末次治疗后连续随访6个月,观察治疗效果及复发情况。结果光动力三阶段治疗组的治愈率高于CO_2激光治疗组,复发率低于CO_2激光治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无明显不良反应,疼痛1 d~3 d可缓解。结论光动力三阶段治疗方案对尖锐湿疣疗效显著,值得临床推广。
        Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of photodynamic three phases therapy in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods 80 patients diagnosed with condyloma acuminatum are randomLy divided into two groups.40 patients with CA were treated with combination CO_2 laser,ALA-PDT and bozhi glycopeptides,and other 40 cases were treated with CO_2 laser only respectively.The follow-up period of two groups was 6 months continuously after the last treatment and the curative effect and recurrence were observed.Results The cure rate and recurrence rate of the group of photodynamic three phases was significantly higher than the group of CO_2 laser.The cure rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were few patients who had obvious adverse reaction,and the pain can alleviate edema 1day to 3 days.Conclusion These findings indicate that photodynamic three phases therapy has significant efficacy on condyloma acuminatum,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
