摘要
JY10HF井是南川金佛山断坡第一口页岩气预探水平井,钻遇地层具有缝洞发育、倾角大和可钻性差等特点,钻井过程中面临易漏失、易坍塌、易井斜和机械钻速低等难题。鉴于此,采取"导管+四开制"井身结构、旋转导向控制井身轨迹、优选钻头及工具、优化堵漏措施等技术,完成了该井的施工任务。为进一步实现该区块页岩气水平井提速提效,分别从井身结构、井眼轨道设计和防斜打快等方面进行了探讨和优化,提出了优化技术套管下深、采用双二维轨道设计、应用欠平衡钻井技术和优选旋转导向工具等提速方案。研究内容可为类似页岩气区块开发提供技术支撑和方法指导。
        Well JY10 HF is the first exploratory shale gas horizontal well in the Jinfoshan fault slope of Nanchuan. The developed fracture and cave,large dip angle and poor drillability make it easy to be faced with lost circulation,wellbore collapse,inclination and low drilling speed. To address the problems,the "conductor + foursection casing program",the rotary steerable system controlling well trajectory,drill bit and tools selection and the lost circulation control optimization were conducted to basically complete well construction. To further increase drilling speed and efficiency of the shale gas horizontal wells in the block,the casing program optimization,the well path design and the anti-inclination and fast drilling measures were discussed. Intermediate casing running depth optimization,two dimensional well path design,underbalanced drilling technology and rotary steerable tool selection were conducted,providing guidance and references for the further shale gas development of the block.
