摘要
目的探讨肺腺癌中弗林蛋白酶(FURIN)、癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子6(CEACAM6)和转移相关基因2(MTA2)蛋白的表达特征及临床意义。方法收集96例肺腺癌术后组织蜡块及临床资料作为观察组,收集正常肺组织70例作为对照组,应用免疫组化方法检测两组中FURIN、CEACAM6和MTA2的表达。结果 FURIN、CEACAM6和MTA2在两组中表达的阳性率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中FURIN、CEACAM6和MTA2的表达与肿瘤的最大径、脉管浸润、TNM分期和Ki67的表达密切相关。观察组中FURIN和CEACAM6、FURIN和MTA2的表达均呈正相关性。结论肺腺癌术后组织中FURIN、CEACAM6和MTA2高表达,三者对病变的进展有明显促进作用,FURIN对CEACAM6和MTA2可能有正向调节作用。
        Objective To investigate the expressions of FURIN,CEACAM6 and MTA2 in lung adenocarcinoma,as well as their clinical significance.Methods The study included 96 cases of lung adenocarcinoma as observation group,and 70 cases of normal lung tissue as control group.The protein expressions of FURIN,CEACAM6 and MTA2 were detected by immunohistochemical technique.Results The expressions of FURIN,CEACAM6 and MTA2 were significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05).Their expressions were correlated with diameter,invasion,TNM stage and Ki67 expression in the observation group.Positive correlations between FURIN and CEACAM6 and FURIN and MTA2 were found in the observation group.Conclusion There exist higher expressions of FURIN,CEACAM6 and MTA2 in lung adenocarcinoma.They may promote the development of the neoplasm.
