气胸中医诊疗专家共识

摘要
本专家共识为中国中医药管理局立项的《2014年中医药部门公共卫生服务补助资金中医药标准制修订项目》之一,项目负责部门为中华中医药学会,在中医内科临床诊疗指南制修订专家总指导组的指导、监督下实施。本共识按专家共识制订规范,完成文献检索、文献评价及总结、两轮专家问卷调查、专家论证会、专家质量方法学评价和临床一致性评价,最终形成了《气胸中医诊疗专家共识》,提出了气胸诊疗指南的术语和定义、诊断、辨证、治疗、预防和调护,供中医临床诊疗使用。
This consensus is one of Chinese Medicine Standards Revision Project of Public Health Service Subsidy for TCM Department Approved by the Chinese Medicine Administration of China in 2014. The project responsible unit is Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine and implemented under the guidance and supervision of the general guidance group of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment guide. This consensus is based on expert consensus,completes literature search,literature evaluation and summary,two rounds of expert questionnaire surveys,expert argumentation,expert quality methodological evaluation and clinical consistency evaluation,and finally Consensus Statement Regarding TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of pneumothorax was formed. The terminology and definition,diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment,prevention and care of pneumothorax are proposed for TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment.
