产脂肪酶芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能、养分表观利用率及小肠脂肪酶活性的影响

摘要
为了研究产脂肪酶芽孢杆菌EA-30-A对肉鸡生长性能、养分表观利用率及小肠脂肪酶活性的影响,试验选用1日龄健康肉鸡240只,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组分别饲喂添加0.5%、1.0%和2.0%EA-30-A菌剂的试验日粮,试验期42 d。结果表明:在基础日粮中添加1.0%产脂肪酶芽孢杆菌EA-30-A能显著降低料重比(P<0.05);添加不同水平的EA-30-A均有提高肉鸡干物质、总能和粗脂肪表观利用率的趋势,其中添加1.0%水平时达到显著水平(P<0.05);添加不同量的EA-30-A均可不同程度地提高21和42日龄肉鸡小肠内脂肪酶活力,但对前期影响显著(P<0.05)。
        The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of Bacillus named EA-30-A producing lipase on performance,nutrients apparent utilization and intestinal lipase activity of broilers. A total of 240 one-day old healthy AA broilers were randomly allocated to 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate for 42 days. In the control group and the 3 experimental groups,0%,0. 5%,1. 0% and 2. 0% dietary agent were added into the basal diet respectively. The results showed that the experimental group adding 1. 0% inocula of EA-30-A significantly decreased the feed/gain ratio( P < 0. 05). Different levels of EA-30-A had a increasing trend of improving dry matter,gross energy and the apparent utilization of crude fat and the gourp adding 1. 0% dose reached the significant level( P < 0. 05). In addition,the intestinal lipase activity of AA broilers at the age of 21 days and 42 days were increased by different amount of agent EA-30-A at different degree,whereas the activity in the earlier stage was increased dramatically( P < 0. 05).
