鸡饲料中拉沙洛西钠的测定

摘要
拉沙洛西钠是一种常用的离子载体型抗生素类饲料添加剂,我国饲料相关检测标准方法年代久远,已经不能满足对饲料中该药物检测的需要。本文研究建立了一种高效、准确和灵敏的拉沙洛西钠检测方法。饲料样品经甲醇溶液提取、硅胶固相萃取柱净化后,以乙腈-125 mmol/l醋酸铵溶液为流动相,采用液相色谱-荧光检测法进行检测。与原标准方法相比,本研究方法对样品的净化程度高,方法灵敏度好,更加适应目前我国对饲料中拉沙洛西钠检测的要求。
Lasalocid sodium is a commonly used ion-carrier antibiotic feed additive. The standardmethod of forage related detection in China is old, which cannot meet the needs of the drug detectionin the feed. In this paper, an efficient, accurate and sensitive method for the determination of Lasalo-cid sodium was developed. The feed samples were extracted with methanol solution and purified by sil-ica gel solid phase extraction column. Acetonitrile-125 mmol/l ammonium acetate solution was usedas the mobile phase for detection by liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection. Compared with theoriginal standard method, the method in this study has a higher purification degree and a better sensi-tivity, which is more suitable for the detection of Lasalocid sodium in feed in China.
