摘要
试验旨在研究脂肪酶对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分利用率及血清生化指标的影响。试验选取120头体重相近、生长状况良好的28日龄断奶仔猪(杜长大),随机分为3个处理组,每个处理组4个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。其中,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2组在饲喂基础日粮中分别添加100、150 g/t脂肪酶。试验期共28 d。试验结果表明:1生长性能方面:试验2组与对照组比较,仔猪平均日增重提高10.40%,差异显著(P<0.05);试验组平均日采食量比对照组分别提高7.15%和11.21%,均差异显著(P<0.05);料重比均差异不显著(P>0.05);2养分消化率方面:试验1、2组与对照组比较,干物质表观消化率分别提高0.95%和1.48%;粗脂肪表观消化率分别提高2.20%和1.33%;均差异不显著(P>0.05);3游离脂肪酸试验1、2组与对照组比较,分别降低12.90%、25.81%,差异不显著(P>0.05);高密度脂蛋白试验1组与2组比较,增加30.26%,差异显著(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05);低密度脂蛋白和HDL/LDL差异不显著(P>0.05)。由试验结果可知,饲粮中添加脂肪酶可有效提高乳猪日增重和采食量,提高养分利用率,改善血清生化指标。
        This experiment was conducted toevaluate the effects of lipase on growth perfor-mance, apparent digestibility and serum biochem-ical indicators of weaned piglets. A total of 120,28- day- old DLY weaned piglets with similar weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates of 10 piglets per replicate. Control groupwas provided with basic diet, while the other two test groups were fed with basal diet supplementedwith 100 g and 150 g lipase/ton feed. The trial lasted for 28 d. The result showed ADG of the diet sup-plemented with 150 g lipase/t feed was 10.40% higher than control diet. The ADFI of other two dietssupplemented with lipase were significantly higher than control group. There were no differences inFCR compared with the control group. The utilization of crude fats numerically increased by 2.20%and 1.33% respectively and the utilization of gross energy numerically improved by 0.95% and 1.48%respectively. Compared with the control group, there were slightly decrease(P>0.05) in the NEFA andLDL content of the other two diets with lipase, and there were no significant differences in HDL andHDL/LDL(P>0.05). In summary, the addition of lipase had significant influence on feed intake, ADG,apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indicators of weaned piglets.
