广西仫佬族中小学生的Heath-Carter法体型研究

摘要
目的:探索广西仫佬族中小学生的体型发育特征及其变化规律。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,随机选取广西仫佬族6~16岁中小学生为研究对象,共调查1 075人。采用Heath-Carter体型评价法进行体型评定。结果:(1)仫佬族中小学生男、女生之间的体型发育存在差异。随年龄的增长,仫佬族男生体型由偏外胚层的中胚层向中胚层—外胚层均衡型体型、偏外胚层的中胚层体型发展;女生体型从均衡中胚层体型、偏外胚层的中胚层体型、中胚层—外胚层均衡体型、三胚层中间型发展为内胚层—中胚层均衡体型的过程。(2)与其他群体比较,仫佬族中小学生体型与广西壮族、朝鲜族、湖南中小学生相似,与大连汉族、藏族、广西汉族等差异较大。结论:广西仫佬族中小学生男、女生之间的体型发育存在着明显的差异,符合生长发育规律;不同民族中小学生的体型发育存在一定程度的差异。
Objective:To explore the somatotype characteristics of primary and middle school students in Mulao minority,Guangxi.Methods:A total of 1,075 primary and middle school students aged 6 to 16 years old in Mulao minority of Guangxi were randomly selected by cluster sampling.Heath-Carter method was used to classify their somatotype.Results:There were differences in the development of the somatotype between sexes of Mulao primary and middle school students.With the increase of age,the somatotype of Mulao male students developed from ectoderm to mesoderm-ectoderm,and that of female students from balanced mesoderm and ectoderm to mesoderm.The process of mesoderm-ectodermal isotype and trimeric intermediate type developed into endoderm-mesoderm isotype.Compared with other groups,the type of primary and middle school students of Mulao minority was similar to that of Guangxi Zhuang,Korean and Hunan primary and middle school students,and was different from Dalian Han nationality,Tibetan nationality,Guangxi Han nationality and so on.Conclusion:There were obvious differences in somatotype development between male and female primary and middle school students of Mulao minority,which accorded with the law of growth and development.There were some differences in somatotype development among primary and middle school students of different nationalities.
