摘要
以攀枝花某钛白粉厂工业硫酸氧钛浓钛液为原料,经过冷冻除铁处理,用于制备银白色云母钛珠光颜料。考察了原料预处理、溶液pH、沉积量、沉积时间、热处理等因素对珠光颜料珠光效果的影响,找到了制备银白色云母钛珠光颜料的适宜工艺参数。采用热重分析、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对云母钛珠光颜料进行了表征。结果表明,利用工业硫酸氧钛浓钛液可以在云母片上沉积一层偏钛酸,经过750~850℃热处理在云母片上包覆了一层纳米级二氧化钛薄膜,X射线衍射分析表明该层包膜是锐钛型纳米二氧化钛,扫描电镜分析表明纳米级二氧化钛粒径约为30 nm。
        The silver-white mica titanium pearlescent pigment was prepared by using the industrial concentrated titanium(Ⅳ)oxysulfate solution as raw material through the process of iron removal by freezing in a titanium dioxide plant of Panzhihua.Suitable preparation parameters were obtained by means of investigating the influences of raw material pretreatment,pH,deposition,deposition time and heat treatment etc.on the perlitic effect of pearlescent pigment.The samples were characterized by TG-DTA,XRD and SEM.The results showed that using industrial concentrated titanium liquid could deposit a layer of metatitanic acid on the mica sheet,after 750~850 ℃ heat treatment on the mica sheet covering a layer of nanoscale titanium dioxide thin film.XRD showed that the coated layer was nanometer anatase titanium dioxide,and SEM showed that the particle size of nanoscale titanium dioxide was about 30 nm.
