关于江苏省水环境质量补偿的分析与探究

摘要
为保证地区间横向生态补偿制度落实质量,做好水环境治理与保护,保证地区生态整体水平,国内各地区都加大了对水环境质量补偿内容的研究力度。通过对补偿总体思路与断面布设原则的介绍,对水环境质量补偿方式展开全面分析与探究,旨在改善水环境质量,实现水环境资源持续化利用。
In order to ensure the implementation quality of the horizontal ecological compensation system between regions, the quality of water environment management and protection, and the overall level of the regional ecology, various regions in China have strengthened their research on the content of water environment quality compensation. Through the introduction of the overall mentality of compensation and the principle of section layout, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis and exploration of the compensation method of water environment quality, aiming at improving the water environment quality and realizing the sustainable utilization of water environment resources.
