摘要
采用自由基聚合将苯乙烯接枝到杜仲胶分子主链上,探讨了苯乙烯的接枝对杜仲胶熔融和结晶行为的影响,并通过红外光谱和核磁共振波谱对接枝产物的微观结构进行了表征,进而对聚合机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明,杜仲胶分子链上接枝苯乙烯后,杜仲胶的结晶度下降,β晶型减弱甚至消失;产物中出现了顺式-1,4-结构单元,说明苯乙烯是接枝在了杜仲胶分子链的烯丙基上。
        Styrene was grafted onto the main chain of gutta-percha by radical polymerization,and the effects of grafting styrene on behavior of melting and crystallization of gutta-percha were studied. The microstructure of the grafted copolymers was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance,and then the mechanism of graft copolymerization was preliminarily investigated. The results showed that the crystallinity of gutta-percha decreased after styrene was grafted onto the molecular chain of the gutta-percha,and β-crystal weakened and even disappeared,there was cis-1,4-unit found in the products,indicating that styrene was grafted onto allyl group in the molecular chain of gutta-percha.
