改良式颈椎牵引带在临床中的应用

摘要
目的探讨对颈椎病以及寰枢椎半脱位患者选择改良式颈椎牵引带进行治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择我院2018年10月至2019年04月收治的50例颈椎病以及寰枢椎半脱位患者作为实验对象;信封法分组后探究每组疗法;比照组(25例):选择传统颈椎牵引带展开;实验组(25例):选择改良式颈椎牵引带展开;对比应用效果。结果实验组颈椎病以及寰枢椎半脱位患者治疗总有效率(92.00%)高于比照组(68.00%)明显(P<0.05)。结论颈椎病以及寰枢椎半脱位患者于临床接受改良式颈椎牵引带治疗后,对于患者康复进程缩短,可奠定基础。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified cervical traction band in patients with cervical spondylosis and atlantoaxial subluxation. Methods 50 patients with cervical spondylosis and atlantoaxial subluxation admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to April2019 were selected as experimental subjects. Envelope method was used to explore each treatment group after grouping. Comparison group(25 cases) : traditional cervical traction band was selected. Experimental group(25 cases) : the modified cervical traction band was selected. Contrast application effect. Results The total effective rate of cervical spondylosis and atlantoaxial subluxation in the experimental group(92.00%)was significantly higher than that in the comparison group(68.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with cervical spondylosis and atlantoaxial subluxation are treated with modified cervical traction band, which can shorten the recovery process and lay a foundation for patients.
