摘要
由于车辆急剧增多,对车库的需求越来越大,立体车库成为一种选择。探讨立体车库的发展情况,并在此基础上设计一种全新的立体车库,采用PLC模块精确控制。该立体车库由螺杆、升降机、承载台、停车板等机构组成,由电机以及气缸作为动力源,控制该车库工作。借助UG软件对该车库模拟分析,相对市场上的具有更高的可靠性与便捷性。
        Due to the rapid increase of vehicles and the increasing demand for garage, three-dimensional garage has become an option.The development of three-dimensional garage was discussed, and on this basis, a new three-dimensional garage was designed, which was precisely controlled by PLC module. The three-dimensional garage was composed of screw, elevator, bearing platform, parking plate, etc. It is controlled by motor and cylinder as power source. UG software was used to simulate and analyze the garage, which had higher reliability and convenience than those in the market.
