摘要
元坝地区前期实钻表明,上部陆相地层大尺寸(314.1 mm)井眼PDC钻头适应性差。为了加快元坝气田勘探开发、降低钻井成本及钻井提速,攻关团队针对沙溪庙组~自流井组地层开展了大尺寸PDC钻头研制。根据岩性特征和PDC钻头应用中存在的难点,采用PDC钻头防泥包技术、防崩齿技术、水力优化、强攻击性设计等技术,研制出个性化的新型大尺寸314.1 mm KS1362ADGR型PDC钻头。试验结果表明,同元坝先期PDC钻头指标相比,进尺提高64.5%、机械钻速提高37.33%;同比国外的"PDC钻头+扭力发生器"钻井,钻井成本降低2.5倍到4倍,提速提效成果十分显著,适合在元坝地区及类似岩性地层推广应用,推动了国产PDC钻头技术进步。
        Drilling experiences in Yuanba area showed that the flexibility of PDC bit( 314. 1mm) was poor for drilling the upper terrestrial formation. In order to solve the problem,based on the lithologic characteristics,a new type of large size PDC Bit KS1362 ADGR was developed,which was used the bit anti-balling technology,anti- broken teeth technology and hydraulic optimal design etc. The field application results of KS1362 ADGR PDC bit showed that the drilling footage was increased 64. 5%,ROP was increased 37. 33% compared with the Yuanba advanced PDC bit. Compared with foreign "PDC bit +torque generator " drilling tool,drilling cost reduced by 2. 5times to 4 times,it was worth popularizing and applying in Yuanba area and similar lithologic formation.
