对进行手术治疗的足部骨折患者实施专科护理的效果评价

摘要
目的探讨足部骨折患者手术治疗实施专科护理的效果。方法研究群体为我院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的40例足部骨折手术患者,采用专科护理,并设为观察组。同期另外40例足部骨折手术患者则实施常规护理,为参照组。就两组患者的临床护理情况以及预后情况展开分析和数据对比。结果对两组患者治疗效果进行比较,观察组总有效率更高,数据之间有显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者术后情况进行比较,观察组的并发症发生率更低,数据之间有显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者预后情况进行比较,观察组的生活质量分值更高,数据之间有显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对足部骨折手术治疗患者实施专科护理,可有效提高患者治疗效果,改善患者预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment on the treatment of foot fracture patients.Methods The study group consisted of 40 patients with foot fracture treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019, who received specialized nursing and were set as observation group. In the same period, another 40 patients with foot fracture underwent routine nursing as the reference group. The clinical nursing and prognosis of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher. There was significant difference between the data and statistical significance(P<0.05). The postoperative situation of the two groups was compared, and the observation group was concurrent. The incidence of symptoms was lower, and there was a significant difference between the data(P<0.05).The prognosis of the two groups was compared. The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher, and there were significant differences between the data. Statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Specialized nursing for patients with foot fracture surgery can effectively improve the treatment effect and prognosis of patients.
