摘要
在STEM教育的本土化浪潮中,我国小学STEM教育的师资问题已成为推进STEM教育普及的关键瓶颈,必须采取策略提升小学科学教师的专业能力以应对STEM教育的要求。针对当前我国小学科学教师的STEM教学现状,提出以下对策:完善地方性的STEM教育顶层设计,建立统一的STEM教师认证制度,推广高效的STEM教师培训模式,构建小学STEM教师学习共同体,挖掘丰富的STEM教育课程资源。
In the wave of localization of STEM Education, STEM teachers problem of primary school in our country has become a bottleneck of promoting STEM education popularization, professional ability training countermeasure of primary school science teacher should be taken to cope with requirements of STEM education. According to the present STEM teaching situation of primary school, we put forward the following countermeasures: Improve the endemic top design of STEM Education; Establish unified certification system of STEM teacher; Extend efficient training model of STEM teacher; Construct learning communities of primary school science STEM teacher; Mine rich curriculum resources of STEM education.
