摘要
通过Jmat-Pro软件模拟不同化学元素含量对12%Cr超超临界转子钢中铁素体含量的影响,研究了钢中6种化学元素与淬火温度的关系。在此基础上,利用MATLAB软件建立了12%Cr超超临界转子钢中6种化学元素含量与淬火温度之间的关系模型。
By simulating the influence of different chemical element content on ferrite content of 12% Cr ultra supercritical rotor steel with Jmat-Pro software,the relation between six chemical elements in steel and quenching temperature has been studied. Based on this,the relation model between six chemical element content and quenching temperature of 12% Cr ultra supercritical rotor steel has been established by using MATLAB.
