祛伤灵1号方配合整脊手法治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症60例

摘要
目的:对祛伤灵1号方配合整脊治疗60例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症进行疗效评价,进一步指导临床治疗。方法:试验组(祛伤灵1号方)与对照组(腰痛宁胶囊),各30例,试验组口服中药汤剂,服法:每日1剂,分早、晚2次口服,各100ml,连续2周为一个疗程。对照组口服腰痛宁胶囊,每次3粒,每日2次,连续服药2周。两组均以2周为观察期。治疗前后分别进行疼痛强度计分评定,判断治疗效果。结果:运用祛伤灵1号方合并整脊治疗腰椎间盘突出症,在疼痛强度、疼痛缓解度,镇痛效果方面相对于对照组腰痛宁胶囊具有优势。结论:对于血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的治疗,以活血化瘀法为主要治则,祛伤灵1号方合并整脊治疗效果肯定,值得推广应用。
Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of the Qushangling Ⅰprescription(祛伤灵1号) and chiropractic manipulation on 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation of the Qizhi Xueyu type( 气滞血瘀型), and furtherly to guide the clinical treatment. Methods: 60 cases were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was given the Qushangling Ⅰprescription. The control group was given the Yaotongning capsule(腰痛宁胶囊). The observation period was 2 weeks in two groups. The pain intensity score was evaluated before and after treatment, and the therapeutic effect was judged. Results: The Qushangling Ⅰprescription and chiropractic manipulation show better advantages of pain intensity, pain relief and analgesic effects. Conclusion: The Huoxue Huayu therapy( 活血化瘀法) was the main treatment principles. The Qushangling Ⅰprescription and chiropractic manipulation show a good effect, and are worthy of promotion and application.
