摘要
针对10B21冷镦钢在冷镦成型时头部发生开裂的现象,对冷镦开裂试样及未进行冷镦的拉拔钢丝分别进行化学成分、非金属夹杂物、金相组织、电子探针微区成分检测等理化性能检测.结果表明:材料近表面存在渣子是冷镦成型开裂的主要原因,根据渣子成分推测,渣子属于精炼渣卷入.
The head of cold heading steel 10 B21 cracked in the cold heading forging process. A series of tests of physical and chemical properties,such as chemical composition,microstructure,nonmetallic inclusions,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum detection,have been done on the cracked cold heading test-specimen and the drawn steel wire without cold heading respectively. The results show that slag in the near-surface is the main cause of the cracking during the cold heading forging process. It can be calculated that the slag is from the refining slag according to the slag composition.
