摘要
介绍了河钢股份有限公司邯郸分公司10B33冷镦钢盘条的试制过程。在冶炼终点采取高拉补吹操作,降低钢中氧含量;精炼过程中控制铝线喂入时机,促使夹杂物尽早上浮;连铸过程中包采取双层覆盖剂保护,中包与浸入水口采用整体式进行浇铸,有效控制钢水二次氧化;中包过热度控制在15~30℃,有效提高铸坯质量;在轧制过程采用控冷工艺,吐丝温度880~890℃,用Morgan六代减定径机组及斯太尔摩控冷线成功生产出合格的10B33冷镦钢盘条。
        The trial process of 10B33 cold heading steel wire rod in Handan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd was introduced.At the end of the smelting,a high catch carbon and re-blowing operation was adopted to reduce the oxygen content in the steel.During the refining process,the feeding timing of the aluminum wire was controlled to make the inclusions float up as early as possible.During the continuous casting process,the double-layer covering agent was used in tundish,and the tundish and immersed nozzle adopt integral type pouring to effectively control the secondary oxidation of molten steel.The quality of billet was improved effectively with the superheat of molten steel was controlled at 15-30 ℃ in tundish.During the rolling process,a controlled cooling process was used.The spinning temperature was between 880-890 ℃.The qualified 10B33 cold heading steel wire rods were successfully produced using the Morgan sixth generation reduction unit and the Steyr controlled cooling line.
