摘要

通过对含有超标缺陷的2. 25Cr-1Mo-0. 25V材质压力容器锻件进行解剖,借助SEM电子显微镜分析夹杂物成分,依据夹杂物性质和生产操作过程确定夹杂物来源。最终从工艺和操作角度制定措施,预防类似质量事故的发生。
        By dissecting the 2. 25 Cr-1 Mo-0. 25 V pressure vessels forgings containing over-standard defects,the composition of inclusions has been analyzed by SEM electron microscope,and the source of inclusions has been determined according to the properties of inclusions and the production process. Finally the measures have been formulated from the views of process and operation to prevent the occurrence of similar quality accidents.
