冠脉造影和18导联心电图对冠心病心肌缺血的评价研究

摘要
目的:探讨18导联心电图与冠脉造影对老年冠心病心肌缺血的诊断价值。方法:收治老年冠心病心肌缺血患者160例,随机分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组采用冠状动脉造影进行诊断,观察组采用18导联心电图进行诊断,比较两组的效果。结果:观察组的诊断阳性及阴性预测率、敏感度及特异性诊断率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年冠心病心肌缺血中,采取18导联心电图进行诊断,阳性及阴性诊断率准确,且特异性敏感度明显高于冠状动脉造影。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of coronary artery angiography and 18-lead electrocardiogram on senile coronary heart disease myocardial ischemia.Methods:160 elderly patients with coronary heart disease myocardial ischemia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 80 cases in each group.The control group was diagnosed by coronary artery angiography.The observation group was diagnosed by 18-lead electrocardiogram.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the diagnosis positive and negative predictive rate,sensitivity and specificity were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the elderly patients with coronary heart disease myocardial ischemia,18-lead electrocardiogram were taken to be diagnosed.The positive and negative diagnosis rate were accurate,and the specificity and sensitivity were significantly higher than that of coronary artery angiography.
