摘要
采用高效气相色谱分析驴油中总脂肪酸及sn-2位脂肪酸组成和含量。结果表明:驴油总脂肪酸中不饱和脂肪酸含量为59.301%,sn-2位脂肪酸中不饱和脂肪酸含量为67.833%;人体必需脂肪酸在sn-2位上的含量比在总脂肪酸中的含量增加了7.702个百分点。驴油是一种脂肪酸组成像植物油的动物油。
The compositions and contents of total fatty acid and sn-2 fatty acid of donkey fat were analyzed by high performance gas chromatography.The results showed that the contents of unsaturated fatty acids in total fatty acid and sn-2 fatty acid in donkey fat were 59.301% and 67.833%,respectively;the content of essential fatty acid in sn-2 fatty acid increased by 7.702 percentage points than that in total fatty acid.Donkey fat was a kind of animal fat,while its fatty acid composition was similar to vegetable oil.
