论松散耦合视角下研究生联合培养的沟通机制

摘要
研究生联合培养模式作用的有效发挥,内嵌着充分的信息沟通和联动化的组织协同假设。从组织管理学角度来看,作为一种典型的松散耦合机制的研究生联合培养,由认知图式差异和协调机构阙如等导致其过程育人的深度功能遭到"有组织地"忽略甚至"阉割"。为此,需要在文化、制度和技术三个方面寻求"耦合实现",推动资源整合与协同创新,促进产学研联合培养的同频共振。
The effective role of the joint graduate training model,embedded with sufficient information communication and linkage of organizational coordination hypothesis.From the point of view of organizational management,the joint cultivation of graduate students,as a typical loosely coupled mechanism,is caused by the difference of cognitive schema and the lack of coordination mechanism,which leads to the "organized" neglect and even "castration" of the depth function of the process of educating people.Therefore,it is necessary to seek "coupling realization" in three aspects of culture,system and technology,to promote resource integration and collaborative innovation,and to promote the same frequency resonance of joint cultivation of industry,university and research.
