摘要
[目的 /意义]针对我国以协同创新中心、研究基地和新型智库为代表的科学共同体不断涌现,但缺乏定量化评价措施的问题,本文对"2011计划"协同创新中心的合作网络及演化过程进行研究,为我国科学共同体的评价提供参考。[方法/过程]获取"2011计划"协同创新中心的论文合作数据,利用Vos Viewer和Ucinet构建"2011计划"机构论文合作网络,采用社会网络分析法,分析合作网络在网络结构、机构间合作强度等方面的特征及演化规律。[结果 /结论]"2011计划"实施前后协同创新中心合作网络结构及演化特征表明,科学共同体的构建能促进科研机构间构建更为紧密的合作关系,但机构间的合作强度则取决于科学共同体研究方向与政策导向和应用热点的契合度。
[Purpose/Significance] In view of the fact that the scientific community represented by collaborative innovation center,research base and new think tank is emerging,but lacks the quantitative evaluation measures,this paper studied the cooperative network and its evolution of the collaborative innovation centers of "2011 Plan",provided a reference for the evaluation study of scientific community.[Method/Process] By selecting the cooperative data of "2011 Plan",this paper constructed an institutional cooperative network of the collaborative innovation centers by using Vos Viewer and Ucinet.Using social network analysis,the paper analyzed the characteristics and the evolution of the network structure and institutional collaborative intensity.[Result/Conclusion] The cooperative network structure and evolution characteristics of the collaborative innovation centers before and after the implementation of the "2011 Plan" showed that the construction of the scientific community could promote the inter-agency scientific cooperation,but the inter-agency cooperation intensity depended on the compatibility among the research areas of scientific community,the policy orientation and the application hotspot.
