基于TRIZ理论指导的高职院校教学管理体系优化设计研究

摘要
基于高职院校教学管理体系的构成要素,从构建特色人才培养模式、健全高职教学管理体制、实施教学全程监控制度三个维度,提出了高职院校教学管理体系的优化设计有效路径。应用TRIZ的基本理论,帮助高职院校探索到更加有效且符合其实际发展需求的管理方法,从而真正提高高职教学管理效率及整体水平,为高职教学的创新性改革及长足发展奠定良好基础。
In line with the components of the teaching management system in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the effective designing paths of optimizing the teaching management system from the three dimensions: constructing the characteristic talent training model,perfecting the higher vocational teaching management system and implementing the whole-process monitoring monitoring system. The basic TRIZ theory can be applied to help higher vocational colleges to explore more effective management methods that meet their actual development needs,thus truly improving the efficiency and overall level of teaching management in higher vocational education, and laying a good foundation for innovative reform and long-term development of higher vocational education.
