热、冷形变对5456铝合金组织和性能的影响

摘要
研究热变形和冷变形对5456铝合金组织和性能的影响.通过实验探索发现,热变形可以显著降低β相尺寸,随着冷变形率的增大,5456铝合金的耐晶间腐蚀性较好,可以达到介敏感级,而剥落腐蚀性下降明显.测试结果对船舶用高镁铝合金的应用方面提供一定的参考价值.
        The effect of hot working and cold working on structure and properties of 5456 aluminum-alloy are researched.For the research of the experiment,with the increases of hot working rate,the size of βphase decreased.With the increases of cold working rate,the intergranular corrosion of 5456 aluminum-alloy gets up to 2 level.But with the increases of cold working rate,the exfoliation corrosion for Al-Mg alloy with high Mg content decreases obviously.The results of the experiment offer also some reference value for High Magnesium Aluminum-Alloy of the Marine Service.
