郑州地区22 708例女性HPV感染及基因亚型分布研究

摘要
目的分析郑州地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染现状及基因亚型分布情况。方法选取2012年5月至2017年11月在该院进行HPV检测的门诊、住院患者及健康体检女性22 708例,采用聚合酶链反应-反向点杂交技术进行HPV基因分型检测,可检测HPV16、18、31、33、35、39、45、51、52、53、56、58、59、66、68、73、82共17种高危型,以及HPV6、11、42、43、81、83共6种低危型,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 22 708例研究对象中HPV感染阳性者7 581例,检出率为33.38%。检出率位于前5位的高危型分别为HPV16(12.48%)、52(9.13%)、58(7.33%)、56(5.54%)、53(4.36%);低危型检出率位于前3位的分别为HPV6(8.52%)、43(7.61%)、11(5.44%)。HPV单一感染率为64.53%,多重感染率为35.47%,多重感染中以二重感染为主,占22.48%。2012-2017年每年HPV感染的基因亚型分布情况基本一致,感染亚型主要为HPV16、58、52,HPV感染类型也基本保持一致。结论该地区HPV亚型分布有其特点,以高危型和单一感染为主。
Objective To analyze the human papillomavirus(HPV)infection status quo and sub-genotype distribution in females of Zhengzhou area.Methods A total of 22 708 outpatients,inpatients and females undergoing the HPV detection and health physical examination in this hospital from May 2012 to November 2017 were selected.The HPV genotype detection was conducted by using the polymerase chain reaction reverse dotplot technique.The seventeen high-risk(HR)genotypes were detectable:HPV16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,53,56,58,59,66,68,73 and 82,and 6 low-risk(LR)phenotypes:HPV6,11,42,43,81 and 83.The measured results were statistically analyzed.Results Among 22 708 research subjects,7 581 cases were HPV positive infection,with the detection rate of 33.38%.The top 5 places of high risk(HR)genotypes in detection rate were HPV16(12.48%),52(9.13%),58(7.33%),56(5.54%)and 53(4.36%)respectively.The top 3 places of low risk(LR)genotypes were HPV6(8.52%),43(7.61%)and 11(5.44%)respectively.The single infection rate of HPV was 64.53% and the multiple infection rate was 35.47%,in multiple infection,the double infection was predominant,accounting for 22.48%.The annually gene subtypes distribution of HPV during 2012-2017 was basically consistent,the infection subtypes were mainly HPV16,58 and 52,and the HPV infection types also basically stayed the same.Conclusion The HPV subtype distribution in Zhengzhou area presents regional features.HR types and single infection are predominant.
