摘要
结合八钢冷轧厂全氢罩式退火炉生产B280VK的实际情况,分析了影响B280VK产品性能的关键退火工艺参数。依据B280VK的退火机理,对加热速度和保温时间进行了比较试验,获得了较佳的工艺参数。为此对B280VK钢种的退火工艺制度进行了优化,B280VK的产品性能得到较好控制,产品的性能合格率从85%提高到95%。
Analysis of key annealing process parameters of B280 VK to effect product performance combination of B280 VK practice of all-hydrogen annealing furnaces with cover. Process parameters were received through experiment and comparison of heating speed and holding time of B280 VK according to B280 VK annealing mechanism. Optimization for annealing process parameters of B280 VK. Product performance control was fair.Acceptability of product performance was raised from 85% to 95%.
