摘要
根据RCC-M M1125标准的要求,主蒸汽系统用P280GH钢弯头通常应采用锻制成形。该成形工艺具有产品价格高、供货周期长等缺点。按照RCC-M F4000标准要求,制定了详细的热推制成形工艺评定大纲,包括化学成分、常温拉伸、高温拉伸、冲击性能、硬度、金相分析、渗透检测、超声检测、尺寸检查的工艺评定方案。结果表明,热推制P280GH弯头的性能和直管的性能相当,弯头不同位置的金相组织接近且力学性能分布均匀。弯头具有良好的表面质量和内部质量,尺寸检查结果也满足评定要求,同时各项指标也满足主蒸汽系统用弯头的设计规范要求。这表明利用热推制成形工艺可以制造出满足核电厂主蒸汽系统用P280GH钢弯头。
        According to the requirements of the RCC-M M1125 standard, P280 GH steel elbow for main steam system should usually be forged. The forming process has the disadvantages of high product price and long supply period. According to RCC-M F4000 standard, a detailed evaluation program of hot push forming process including chemical composition,tension at room temperature and high temperature, impact property, hardness, metallographic analysis, penetration testing,ultrasonic testing and dimension inspection was constituted. The results show that the properties of the hot-pushed P280 GH elbow are similar to those of the straight pipe. The metallographic microstructure of the elbow are similar in different positions, and the mechanical properties are uniformly distributed. The elbows have good surface quality and internal quality,the dimension inspection result also meets the evaluation requirements, and each index also meets the design requirements of the elbow for main steam system. This indicates that the P280 GH steel elbows for main steam system of nuclear power plant can be manufactured by using the thermal push forming process.
